Adxto PSP is a cloud-based platform that in a safe and effective manner handles different patient support programs.

Normally, a pharmaceutical company sponsors a Patient Support Program, targeting patients being treated with products from the pharma company.
The program is free-of-charge for the patients.
Adxto PSP is built to be a vendor independent platform.
With this said, there are quite a high level of graphical freedom in order to make the psp program site look according to the graphical profile of the pharmaceutical company behind the program sponsorship.
The built-in forms editor allows administrators to create their own forms (health questionaries etc). The program administrators can create questionnaire forms themselves by drag&drop.
The PSP system is built to support different languages. The invitations, the signup page and the forms can all adapt to the preferred language of the user. If the program is available in several languages an easy-to-use translation page is provided.
The system text can also be changed according to the language selected by the patient.
For programs that contains less sensitive information (like “quit smoking” programs) the Facebook Notification actions can be used. This works similar to an email or SMS/Text message but appears inside Facebook. In Facebook, program activities can be sent to the patient through Facebook notifications.
The built-in reporting allows the sponsors of the programs (typically a pharmaceutical company or a healthcare organisation) to view metrics like number of invites, enrollments, and what pharmacies that generated these enrollments. The reports data can also be downloaded as Microsoft Excel files. The Reporting view, accessible for the pharmaceutical company admins.
The results from questionnaires are presented in an anonymized view.

PSP is integrated with Apoteket AB and Lloyds Apotek (single-signon, ip protection etc).
Depending on the business case for each program, various metrics can be applied. As an example, the pharmacy that assists a new patient to get into a program can be compensated either by an invitation fee och a signup-fee. The invoice reports can be automatically sent through email or viewed online.
